Public Survey

The goal of this anonymous survey is to gather input from a diverse range of people living, working, and spending time in Sleepy Hollow. The survey will help the consultant team and Steering Committee better understand the key challenges facing the Village today and in the coming years, as well as how members of the community envision the future of Sleepy Hollow.

No personal information will be collected and individual responses are confidential—results of the survey will be tabulated and shared in summary form only.

This survey is a qualitative tool to gather public information and helps to supplement feed back from other public outreach tools, including steering committee meetings, public workshops, focus groups, and the Meeting-in-a-Box. There are 36 questions, mostly multiple choice. The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete.
